as an Intern Architectural designer at Ankrom Moisan Architect, I had the opportunity to work on several projects across different teams, managing multiple projects at various stages of design and construction, and across various project types. I gained valuable experience working on a diverse range of projects, including Senior Living, Healthcare, Single Family Homes, Market Rate Housing (both new construction and tenant improvements).

Mirabella at Arizona State University was the opportunity to push the boundaries of high-rise design at the intersection of Senior Living, Hospitality, high-end Market Rate Housing, and higher education.
Prescott Valley
Prescott Valley ALF MC ILF is a senior living community located in the scenic northwest region of Arizona, consisting of Assisted Living facilities, Memory Care, and Independent Living facilities. The community is surrounded by the natural beauty of Prescott National Forest, providing residents with ample opportunities to enjoy the outdoors. Working on this complex project taught me valuable lessons about effectively organizing and managing large-scale projects, particularly in terms of sectioning the work and establishing a clear project plan.

Courtyard-at-Mt.-Tabor
as part of the Ankrom Moisan project team, I contributed to the successful delivery of the Courtyard at Mt. Tabor Memory Care and Plaza Kitchen for Smartstop Assets Management, a 16,000 square-foot building located on Southeast Division Street. In addition to my drafting responsibilities, I attended weekly construction site meetings, where I collaborated with colleagues to ensure the project stayed on track and met all necessary requirements.
Rivera Beach House
Rivera Beach House is an upscale vacation home in Lincoln City built for the Rivera family. As a member of the project team, I was involved from the initial stages of the project, working closely with the client to provide a range of design alternatives. I was responsible for drafting plans, elevations, sections, and other critical documents to ensure the successful completion of the project.
